Mohamed Samara is a Chief Executive Officer with 30 years’ related experience working within the maritime and transport industry. He has acquired deep knowledge in all areas relating to transport industry including shipping, container terminal, logistics, customs clearance, forwarding and haulage.
He held the position of the Managing Director at OT Africa Line/RoRo Services Ghana from 1992 – 2000 and the Executive Director then Vice President Ship Owners and Agents Association Ghana from 1997 – 2007. Then, he became the Managing Director Antrak Logistics from the year 2000 – 2007.
He has had diverse professional experience which includes, leading a professional management team to oversee all service departments including Finance, Legal, Administration, Human Resource, Information Technology, Operations, Technical/Engineering, Commercial and Marketing. He introduced and implemented Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies every step of the way and promoted incident and injury-free philosophy & culture.
