Mansa Nettey

Appointed in March 2017, Mansa is currently Chief Executive of Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Plc., a tier-1 franchise publicly listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange that continues to demonstrate leadership in growth, sustainability, collaborative culture and diversity of its Management Team.

She has held various senior roles within Standard Chartered, including serving as a non-executive director on the board of Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria and as Managing Director and Head of Financial Markets for Ghana.

Mansa serves on several boards and charities in Ghana including the Ghana Petroleum Funds Investment Advisory Council and Zen Petroleum. She also sits on several committees and working groups that promote the development of Ghana’s financial sector. Mansa previously served as a Director of the Leukaemia Project Foundation and has recently been appointed Executive President of the Ghana Association of Bankers. In 2019, Mansa was named by Reset Global People as one of the top 100 women CEOs in Africa supporting the UN SDGs. She is also a strong advocate for nurturing of young talent and developing the next generation of leaders.
