Dr. Kofi Koduah Sarpong is an astute business executive with thirty-five (35) years’ experience, acquired at senior management level in over eight (8) companies and serving on the boards of twenty-one (21) different companies and organizations. These include Tema Oil Refinery (TOR), The Royal Bank Ltd, The Global Haulage Group, Imperial General Assurance, Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club Limited.
He is a chartered accountant and holds a PHD in Industrial & Business Studies from University of Warwick (UK) and an honorary Doctor of Letters degree from KNUST.
He also holds a Master of Arts in Ministry from the Trinity Theological Seminary (Legon), Master of Accountancy (M.Acc.) in International Finance & International Accounting from the University of Glasgow (Scotland), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ghana, and a B.Sc. Business Administration from the University of Ghana.
Dr. Sarpong has had an extensive board exposure in twenty-six (26) organizations spanning financial services, transportation, manufacturing, commerce, mining, energy, education, NGOs and sports.
